Our dining table and benches arrived today, and so far, everything's looking good. The rustic finish is just what we wanted since it’ll help hide any marks from the little ones. The delivery guy was fantastic; he waited an hour for me to return from the school run, and we figured out how to get the table inside without any hassle—big shoutout to him! Communication through email and Instagram was smooth, though I couldn’t reach them by phone. As long as we could chat somehow, we were satisfied. All in all, a really great experience, and I wouldn’t think twice about ordering again.

We absolutely adore our extendable dining table! It was crafted just for us, and thanks to our guidelines and Matthew’s brilliance, it turned out to be the ideal addition to our dining area. A solid 10 out of 10, highly recommend!

I’m a bit let down with my table. I chose reclaimed wood with an oil finish. Sure, I was ready for some flaws because of the wood's character, but I didn’t think every single board would be all curved on top (makes it tough for setting down glasses). I really don’t get why they can’t just plane it flat. The steel legs came unpainted like I figured, but I wasn’t ready for rust and black gunk all over them. The rough edges on the steel supports haven’t been smoothed out (a buddy of mine already sliced his finger on one). All in all, I can’t recommend this company. They did reach out to me, saying the table is supposed to be like this regarding the wood, which they mentioned is on their website.

Gorgeous table and sideboard arrived right in time for the holidays. After that, we decided to get a fireplace surround to go with it. I’m so smitten with my buy that I’m now considering getting another sideboard for my living room and some shelves. Delivery typically takes about 8 weeks, but it’s totally worth it. Everyone who’s seen our furniture has given us compliments.

If I could, I'd give zero stars. I've been waiting since November 2022 for a table and a bench. Nowhere on their site does it mention, or at least not clearly, that I'd be stuck waiting this long. The info only came in an email after I placed my order and paid for the table. I thought, 'Alright, I like the product, I can wait and have my Christmas dinner on a coffee table.' But now it seems like I'll be having my Easter breakfast there too. The communication is just terrible. And my pet peeve? Starting emails with 'Hello.' I'm not British, and I find that pretty rude. All I wanted was to get this table delivered on ANY Thursday or Friday, but that seems like a Herculean task. You'd think I was living on Mars and Rcc Furniture is trying to send a probe. I'm really let down by this company. I've bought loads of stuff and furniture online in the last few months, and never had a hitch with any other delivery, except for this one. I'm absolutely gutted and really disappointed.

Definitely a great choice! From the beginning to the end, these folks are amazing. They really know their stuff! The handmade furniture is just stunning, and our table looks gorgeous. I’d like to give some thoughts on my recent delivery experience.

While you mention in your delivery "guidance" that there might be some leftover oil and that items should be inspected before bringing them inside, it’s just not okay for furniture to show up in the condition our table and benches were in.

I ended up spending three hours scrubbing the table and benches - they were downright disgusting - covered in oil and grime. I had to toss out rubber gloves, cleaning rags, and clothes because of the oil stains. It’s completely unacceptable and frankly shameful for furniture to arrive in such a nasty condition. Even with sheets laid down to protect the floor, the oil seeped through and has now left stains on our brand new oak flooring.

The whole delivery experience has been really disappointing, from the delays to the unfriendly customer service.

You’ve lost a customer who has recently purchased a bunch of items from you. I won’t be using your services again and will definitely warn others to steer clear.

I really hope you’ll take a look at your delivery processes and make sure to clean the furniture before sending it out.

The delivery was quick and right on schedule. The delivery driver was super helpful in getting the table set up in my living room. The quality and craftsmanship of this product exceeded what I was expecting; I’m confident that the table and chairs I got will hold up for many years ahead. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

This table and bench set is top-notch, just what I needed. The only thing I’d mention is that it would be nice to get more updates on when it’ll arrive, but all in all, it’s a superb product. Definitely recommend it!

I ordered a TV stand. They were more than willing to create it to the dimensions we needed and even provided it unfinished so we could apply the wax ourselves.
